No one starts a race unprepared. Whether you’re just starting out in the sport or have been racing for years, you can benefit from the knowledge of our expert triathlon program coaches. Gain a community connection through group training sessions and social events. Our goal is to help every group member learn and grow within the sport – regardless of where they’re starting at.

Intro to Triathlon
Been considering doing a triathlon? Or still consider yourself a ‘beginner’ in the sport? Then this clinic is for YOU! At our annual Women’s Triathlon Clinic, we will walk you through pre-race day preparations (picking a race, necessary equipment, how to prepare, etc) as well as race day considerations like setting up transition, open water swim tactics and more! This clinic is taught by local female triathletes and there will be plenty of time for Q&A after to address any and all questions you might have regarding doing your first triathlon or improving within the sport.

This is also the kick-off event for our Women’s Triathlon Training group! This training group will host monthly workouts/rides/training sessions to help get you to the finish line. Meet our ride leaders as well as get an event calendar for the season while connecting with other local female triathletes. So mark your calendars because this isn’t one you’ll want to miss!
